Plexar Emails
Your mailbox, sorted and drafted on your own computer.
Plexar Emails reads your Microsoft 365 mailbox, sorts what needs you from what doesn't, and drafts replies in your own voice. It runs on your machine: your mail is stored there and nowhere else. Individual messages are sent to the Plexar model only to be sorted and drafted, and are not kept.

Download for WindowsmacOS and Linux builds are coming. The installer is not yet code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen will warn on first run: choose More info, then Run anyway.
Getting started
- Run the installer and open Plexar Emails.
- Sign in with your Microsoft work account using the code the app shows you. Your organisation's admin may need to approve the app once.
- The app fetches the last two years of mail. You can change that later in its settings.
What we keep
- Your mail, contacts and drafts stay in a private, password-protected database on your computer.
- We keep no copy of your mailbox. Usage data is off unless you choose to share it.
